Subscription Cancellation: User schools may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or through the designated cancellation process within the software.

Refunds: Refunds for prepaid subscription fees are available within 4-7 working days from the initial subscription date. No refunds will be issued for the remaining unused portion of the subscription period after this time.
